Spinning again

Oddly it made my legs feel better. We did what the instructor referred to as 100 jumps; a jump is out of the saddle peddling, so this was up and down 100 times, for varying intervals, at varying speeds and resistances.
The most alarming bit was near the beginning when we faced this, no matter what your opinion of Mr Hill there is something about trying to cycling in time to the music that makes you giggle.
