Running workshops

I have been to (or listened to) a couple of running workshops this month, so I thought I would stick the information up here out of interest. They were both interesting in different ways; the first being physically-based and the second psychological and practical.

Both were free via the University of Kent and aimed at Kent runners rather than students or staff, and I think the potential value of the training and information is immense, and I am very grateful to have been able to participate.
