And I’m knackered.
Another tech fail swimming, it was somewhere around forty lengths give or take. I never really feel tired while I’m doing it, I could probably manage another ten or twenty lengths, but I tend to feel like death warmed up later in the day. Nothing specific in terms of muscles, just weary.
So of course I decided to go for a run. And my heart-rate was sky high, which it has been for a while. I can’t make up my mind if it is my erratic training or the new pills. And I doubt if I will ever know, GPs are not particularly interested in side-effects unless they are seriously debilitating.
Did have a half-hearted look for the Herne Bay Octopus ( I feel it deserves a capital letter) but the tide was in, so not much to see. The sea usually has a visibility limit of about 2cm because it is so muddy here. So two pictures that are neither of the sea, nor of octopusssesss. 5.5 miles in a geological age.
Still looking for willing
victims participants for my research project. If you have a houseplant or two and about an hour spare, let me know.
