Sea souper

It was very cold over night (for a coastal town), showing -5c on my garden thermometer. And the sun couldn’t quite muster enough gumption to burn through the fog, so it never got about 2c.

But I really wanted to run so I did. I was very careful and wore a buff over my mouth so I didn’t irritate my lungs with cold air, and went very slowly. And it seemed fine. Well, I am not coughing any more now than I was before I went.

There was no view out to sea, the sea had to be construed from the fact that there were a lot of sea birds making noises.

I think this is a surface water drain from Studd Hill (it looks too clean and too ‘on the beach’ to be anything really nasty).

4 miles covered in 4 easy aeons.
